In other words, to operate a turnkey business the buyer of the business can immediately start running the business. For example, if a business is being sold as a turnkey then it may include all important tangibles like inventory, equipment etc and intangibles like goodwill and built reputation of the company. On the basis of all of the features of a Turnkey internet business, we can consider a franchise a Turnkey internet business. It is not necessary that only the tangibles and intangibles are included in the Turnkey internet business because in the case of a franchising business, the owner also gets the unique design of the franchise building.
