This feature scans files directly into eBinders that can be clicked and dragged from one virtual cabinet to another. You can customize your eBinders with divider pages and pictures, highlight text with a virtual highlighter feature and attach digital sticky notes to pages that you wish to mark for future reference. Optical character recognition technology provides you with the means to conduct keyword or phrase searches in your eBinders rather than requiring you to search page by page for the text you need. Some small companies collect personal identification information from their clients for their files. Portable document scanners capture images and data from drivers licenses, medical insurance cards, checks, passports and other forms of personal identification.
