You can then begin laying the concrete foundation, but be sure that the spot you have chosen for your steel shed is graded and level! Either a full foundation slab or square concrete pads at each of the building corners will adequately support your steel shed. Next, erect your shed's steel support columns into the anchor bolts that have been embedded into the concrete pads or foundation and attach the rafters to the columns. Once the rafters are in place, it's time to fasten the roof purlins and wall girts that support the metal rafters and wall sheeting and frame your door and window openings. Next, attach your cable bracing and install the doors and windows. If you plan to insulate, put the insulation in place before erecting interior metal sheeting over it.
