Most of the Bed and Breakfasts are operated as private and primary businesses of the individuals but some of the individuals are also running this business as a secondary source of income. In many Bed and breakfasts the owner or the runner of the business does maximum of the work on his own like cleaning of the rooms and cooking etc. In the large Bed and Breakfast the professional staff is hired for cooking and cleaning of rooms. In order to keep Bed and Breakfasts different from the Small Hotels, professional management is not hired in these accomodations. Bed and Breakfast is a kind of tertiary business and it comes below the standards of Small Hotels.
