It was usually a late night binge. My entire sorority house had a mild addiction to Target, which we lovingly named "Targe" to make it seem cooler than the K Mart of our youth. Target offered a ridiculous amount of color coded multifaceted self storage options. And, while you were there, you could also get make up, frames and underwear. It is a dream for a girl on a budget.
