Check engine light is different from the car engine light, but many people can distinguish between them. The check engine light color is yellow/ orange. A solid check engine light means, your car needs immediate attention, however it is not an alarming sign. Nevertheless, if the check engine light is blinking, it is alarming for your car and you should not make any delay to bring it in service garage. Remember, check engine light either solid or blinking, you should go for immediate repair.
