The information on birth announcements should include, at minimum, the names of the baby and proud parents and siblings (if any) and baby birth statistics like length, weight and birth date. Birth announcements etiquette also dictates that they be sent any time up to six months after the birth, so you will have time after the baby arrives to finalize and send them out. You can either choose and purchase blank birth announcements prior to the birth and finalize them after the baby is born or choose your design beforehand and wait to finalize them online after the birth.
